Our oil-free screw air compressor is truly oil-free. There is no lubricating oil in the main engine, and there is no need for a jacket cooling oil in the main engine. Instead, we use pure water to clean the acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, making it purer and cleaner.
All pipelines of our oil-free screw air compressor are made of 304, 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials. We employ motor and main engine equal speed direct connection technology. This ensures that the maximum speed of the main engine does not exceed 2980rpm/min, leading to longer service life for the bearings and rotors.

We cool the rotor and the cavity directly with water, which increases the isothermal compression efficiency. We use dual compression chamber technology, a rotor with two compression chambers, surpassing two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power consumption loss.
For daily maintenance of our oil-free screw air compressor, you only need to replace the air filter and water filter, significantly reducing the maintenance costs.
Oil-free screw air compressors use a pair of main screws, namely the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These two screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have precise spiral shapes. During the intake process, their spiral shape forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screw causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the air's compression ratio, increasing the air pressure. In this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. Compressed air generates heat during the compression process, necessitating a cooling system to lower the temperature. To ensure air quality, the compressed air needs to be cleaned by a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
