All pipelines are made of 304, 316 stainless steel material or corrosive resistant material. It adopts the technology of equal speed direct connection between motor and host, ensuring the maximum rotational speed of the host does not exceed 2980rpm/min, resulting in a longer lifespan for the bearing and rotor.
Our oil-free screw air compressor adopts direct water spray cooling rotor and cavity, isothermal compression efficiency is higher. With the dual compression chamber technology, one rotor and two compression chambers surpass two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power consumption losses.

The daily maintenance of our oil-free screw air compressor only requires the replacement of air and water filters, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost.

Our oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws, the air pressure screw and rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These two screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have precise helical shapes. During the inhalation process, the helical shape of the air pressure screw and rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing external air to enter the working chamber through the inhalation port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the ratio of air compression, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. To ensure air quality, the compressed air also needs to pass through a filtering system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
