Our CM18B(F) oil-free screw air compressor is truly oil-free. There is no lubrication oil in the main engine and no need for cooling oil in the jacket of the main engine. It uses pure water to wash away the acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, making it more pure and clean.
All pipelines of our compressor are made of 304, 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials. The motor and the main engine are directly connected at the same speed, keeping the maximum rotation speed of the main engine below 2980rpm/min. This design prolongs the lifespan of the bearings and the rotor.
The compressor uses direct water spray to cool the rotor and the chamber, improving the isothermal compression efficiency. Double compression chamber technology is adopted, with one rotor and two compression chambers, surpassing two-stage compression, and eliminating the need for intermediate cooling to reduce power consumption loss.
For daily maintenance, it only needs to replace the air filter and water filter, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost.
Our oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws, the air pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These two screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have precise helical shapes. During the intake process, the helical shape of the air pressure screw and the rotating screw form a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing outside air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinking gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. In this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to lower the temperature. At the same time, in order to ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned through a filter system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
