Our Oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of primary screws, the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws, typically made of high-strength alloy steel, have a precise helical shape. The helical shape of the pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber in between them during the intake process. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually enlarges, drawing in external air through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually reduce, which in turn increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing its pressure. The compressed air is then pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, necessitating a cooling system to lower the temperature. Additionally, to ensure air quality, the compressed air needs to be cleaned through a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
