2. Power loss or overheating: If the engine power is insufficient and the operating temperature is too high, it may be due to a clogged air filter, or a cooling system malfunction. The air filter core should be replaced or the cooling system should be checked and repaired in a timely manner.
3. Reduced harvesting efficiency: If the cutting table runs slowly or the material conveying speed slows down, it may be due to aging and relaxation of the transmission belt, chain elongation, or gear wear. In this case, the corresponding belt, chain, or gear should be checked and replaced.
4. Difficulties in movement or increased noise: If it is a rubber track harvester, loose or cracked tracks need to be replaced; if it is a tire harvester, tires that are excessively worn or punctured need to be replaced. In addition, if there is abnormal noise during movement, it may be due to bearing wear or damage, and the relevant bearings need to be replaced.
5. Unstable hydraulic system operation: If lifting or steering is slow or weak, it may be due to problems with hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, or seals. The relevant components should be checked and replaced in a timely manner.
6. Large-scale oil leakage: Whether it is engine oil, hydraulic oil, or fuel leakage, it indicates that the sealing element has failed or other parts are damaged, and the leakage point should be found and the damaged sealing element or part should be replaced in a timely manner.
