Our oil-free screw air compressors are energy efficient. We use direct water spray to cool the rotor and chamber, and isothermal compression for higher efficiency. The double compression chamber technology means one rotor, two compression chambers - surpassing two-stage compression and reducing energy loss.

Our oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws - the air pressure screw and the rotating screw - to carry out the compression process. These screws are usually made from high-strength alloy steel and have a precise spiral shape.
In the intake process, the spiral shape of the air pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. When the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws gradually reduces the working chamber. This reduction gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the air pressure. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet.
Compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. To ensure air quality, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned through a filter system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
