Our CM200B model is a true oil-free screw air compressor. No lubricating oil is present in the host, eliminating the need for host jacket cooling oil. The compressor uses pure water to cleanse acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, resulting in purer air quality.
All pipelines are made of corrosion-resistant materials like 304 and 316 stainless steel. The use of equal speed direct connection technology between the motor and host ensures the host's maximum speed does not exceed 2980rpm/min, leading to a longer life for both the bearing and rotor.
The direct water spray cooling of the rotor and cavity provides higher isothermal compression efficiency. The double compression chamber technology, with one rotor and two compression chambers, surpasses two-stage compression and reduces power consumption loss by eliminating the need for intermediate cooling.
Day-to-day maintenance only requires the replacement of air filters and water filters, reducing maintenance costs and time.
The oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of primary screws, the pressure screw and the rotary screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are typically made from high-strength alloy steel and have precise helical shapes. During the intake process, the helical shape of the pressure screw and rotary screw forms a sealed working chamber. As the screws rotate, the working chamber expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake. Once air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to shrink, gradually increasing the air's compression ratio and pressure. The compressed air is then pushed towards the machine's exit. The compression process generates heat, requiring a cooling system to lower the temperature. To ensure air quality, the compressed air also needs to pass through a filtering system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
