All pipelines are made of 304, 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials. We use direct-connection technology between the motor and the mainframe, limiting the maximum speed to 2980rpm/min. This prolongs the life of the bearings and rotor.
Our compressor uses direct water cooling for the rotor and cavity, resulting in more efficient isothermal compression. Using dual compression cavity technology, one rotor has two compression cavities, surpassing two-stage compression and reducing power loss.

Our oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of primary screws (pressure screw and rotating screw) to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have precise helical shapes. During the intake process, the helical shapes of the pressure screw and rotating screw form a sealed working chamber. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, drawing external air into the working chamber through the intake port. Once air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage progressively increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing its pressure. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air produces heat during the compression process, requiring a cooling system to lower the temperature. Furthermore, to ensure air quality, the compressed air needs to be cleaned through a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
