The host of our oil-free screw air compressor has not a single trace of lubricating oil. It doesn't require a host jacket cooling oil and uses pure water to clean acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, making it even more pure.
All piping in our oil-free screw air compressor is made from corrosion-resistant material or stainless steel (304, 316). The motor and host are directly connected at the same speed, ensuring the maximum rotation speed does not exceed 2980rpm/min. This extends the lifespan of the bearings and rotors.
Our oil-free screw air compressor uses direct water spray to cool the rotor and cavity, resulting in higher isothermal compression efficiency. The dual compression chamber technology and one rotor with two compression chambers surpass two-stage compression and eliminate the need for intermediate cooling, reducing power consumption loss.
Regular maintenance of our oil-free screw air compressor only requires changing the air filter and water filter, saving you on upkeep costs.

The oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws - the air pressure screw and the rotating screw - to complete the compression process. These screws are typically made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise spiral shape. During the suction process, the spiral shape of the air pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually reduce. This reduction gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thus increasing the air's pressure. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to lower the temperature. To ensure air quality, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned through a filter system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
