Our oil-free screw air compressor is free from any trace of lubricating oil. It does not require any jacket cooling oil for the host. It uses pure water to clean acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, making it more pure.
All pipelines of our air compressor are made of 304, 316 stainless steel material or corrosion-resistant material. We use direct connection technology with the motor and host at the same speed, ensuring the highest rotation speed of the host does not exceed 2980rpm/min, making the bearing and rotor have a longer service life.
Our oil-free screw air compressor utilizes direct water cooling of the rotor and cavity. The isothermal compression efficiency is higher, and a dual compression chamber technology is used. The compressor houses one rotor and two compression chambers, surpassing two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power consumption losses.

The daily maintenance of our oil-free screw air compressor only requires the replacement of the air filter element and water filter element, reducing the overall maintenance cost.

Our oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws, namely the air pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These two screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise helical shape. During the intake process, the helical shape of the air pressure screw and rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screw causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. Meanwhile, to ensure air quality, the compressed air needs to be cleaned through a filtering system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
