Our precision temperature sensor accurately monitors and controls the temperature of the compressor, ensuring the machine operates within safe temperature levels.
Our Micro oil air compressor uses a pair of main screws, the air pressure screw and the rotary screw, to complete the compression process. These screws, typically made of high-strength alloy steel, have a precise helical shape. During the intake process, the helical shape of the air pressure screw and the rotary screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the chamber gradually expands, allowing outside air to enter the chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the chamber to gradually decrease in size. This reduction gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thus increasing its pressure. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. To ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned by a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
Our Micro oil air compressor is versatile and finds application in various industries. Some of the applications include:
