The oil-free scroll air compressor is composed of two overlapping scroll screws, one fixed and one rotating. The gap between the scroll screws forms a compression space.
As the rotating screw begins to rotate, air is drawn into the compression space through the compressor's intake port. During this process, the movement of the scroll screws draws in the air and gradually pushes it towards the center.
With the movement of the rotating screw, the air is pushed into a progressively smaller compression space, resulting in compressed air. This is achieved through the relative motion of the scroll screws and the reduction of the gap.
