EPRV Series Worm Gear Motor contains a worm gear reducer and motor. The worm gear reducer uses low-carbon aluminum alloy cementation processing ultimately. And the square structure of the aluminum gearbox is manufactured according to the GB1055588 cylindrical gear parameter standard. EPRV Series Worm Gear Motor adopts many advanced technologies during the process to achieve a compact structure.This EPRV series motor features the following characteristics: low noise, good appearance, smooth running, large transmission ratio, and high load capacity, and it can be equipped with many kinds of motors to realize speed adjustment.

Working principle:

The worm reducer is used to reduce the speed and increase the torque. Its function is to reduce the rate through the gear and increase the torque.

Maintenance:

1. Operating altitude: No more than 4000m.
2. Ambient temperature:-25℃~40℃.
3. Relative humidity ≤95%(at +25℃).
4. Remember to change the oil after 300 hours of operation.
5. Please do not mix the mineral oil and synthetic oil.
