All pipelines of our oil-free screw air compressor are made of 304, 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials. With motor and main machine equal-speed direct connection technology, the maximum speed of the main machine does not exceed 2980rpm/min, which makes the life of the bearing and rotor longer.

Our oil-free screw air compressor uses direct water spray cooling of the rotor and cavity, which makes the isothermal compression efficiency higher. It uses dual compression cavity technology, one rotor with two compression cavities, surpassing two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power consumption loss.
The daily maintenance of our oil-free screw air compressor only requires the replacement of air and water filters, which greatly reduces maintenance costs.


The oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws, the air pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have precise spiral shapes. During the intake process, the spiral shape of the air pressure screw and rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. At the same time, to ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air needs to be cleaned through a filtration system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
