Worm gearboxes' basic structure is mainly composed of transmission parts, worm gear worm, shaft, bearing, box, and its accessories. It can be divided into three essential structures: box, worm gear, bearing, and shaft combination. The box body is the base of all accessories in the worm gear reducer, which is an essential accessory for supporting and fixing shafting components, ensuring the correct relative position of transmission accessories, and supporting the load on the reducer. The worm gear and shaft's primary function is to transfer motion and power between two staggered shafts, while the primary function of the bearing and shaft is to transfer power, operate and improve efficiency.

Housing: Aluminum alloy (seat:025-090) cast iron (seat:110-250);Worm: 20Cr steel.Carbon and nitrogen co-treatment (after fine grinding, HRC60 hardness of tooth surface is maintained, hardness thickness is more significant than 0.5mm);Worm gear: specially equipped wear-resistant nickel bronze;Oil cover/ventilator:  mainly used to discharge the gas in the turbine worm reducer;Both ends of the bearing seat hole are sealed with a bearing cover. The end cover is divided into a large and small end cover. The end cover is the axial position of the fixed shafting component and bears the axial load.Oil seal: Mainly used to prevent the leakage of lubricating oil inside the chassis and improve the service time of lubricating oil;The oil discharge screw plug is mainly used for discharging sewage oil and cleaning aid when changing lubricating oil;The oil label cover/oil label is mainly used to observe whether the oil quantity inside the turbine worm reducer is up to the standard;
