The CM15B(F) oil-free screw air compressor is designed without a trace of lubricating oil. It adopts pure water to clean the acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, making it more pure and clean. This eliminates the need for cooling oil in the mainframe jacket.
All pipelines of our compressor are made of 304, 316 stainless steel materials or corrosion-resistant materials. With the adoption of equal speed direct connection technology between the motor and the main engine, the highest speed of the main engine does not exceed 2980 rpm/min. This ensures a longer service life for the bearing and rotor.
Our compressor uses direct water spray cooling rotor and cavity, achieving higher isothermal compression efficiency. It adopts dual compression cavity technology, a rotor with two compression cavities, surpassing two-stage compression. There is no need for intermediate cooling, reducing power consumption loss.
The daily maintenance of our compressor only requires the replacement of the air filter cartridge and water filter cartridge. This reduces the overall operating and maintenance costs.
The oil-free screw air compressor operates using a pair of main screws, namely the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have an accurate helical shape. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the suction port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the air pressure. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed to the outlet of the machine.
