It operates without a drop of lubricating oil, eliminating the need for jacket cooling oil. Furthermore, it employs pure water to cleanse the compressed air of any acidic or alkaline substances, ensuring the purity of the air.

All pipelines of our air compressor are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as 304 and 316 stainless steel. With the implementation of isochronous direct-drive technology between the motor and the mainframe, the maximum rotation speed of the mainframe does not exceed 2980rpm/min. This results in longer bearing and rotor life.
Our compressor employs direct water spray cooling of the rotor and body for higher isothermal compression efficiency. With the use of dual compression chamber technology, one rotor and two compression chambers surpass two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power loss.
Daily maintenance of our air compressor simply requires the replacement of the air filter and water filter, reducing maintenance costs and time.

The oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws, the air pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are typically made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise helical shape. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screw causes the working chamber to gradually decrease. This decrease gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to lower the temperature. To ensure air quality, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned by a filter system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
