Our oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws, namely the air pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. During the intake process, the helical shape of the air pressure screw and rotating screw creates a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws gradually reduces the working chamber. This reduction gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thus increasing the pressure of the air. Throughout this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, which necessitates a cooling system to reduce the temperature.
