All pipelines of our compressor are made of durable 304, 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials. The adoption of equal speed direct connection technology between the motor and the main engine keeps the maximum rotation speed below 2980rpm/min. This design enhances the service life of the bearings and the rotor.
The CM200BV uses direct water spray to cool the rotor and the chamber, making the isothermal compression efficiency higher. The unique double compression chamber technology, with one rotor and two compression chambers, surpasses two-stage compression, reduces the need for intermediate cooling, and minimizes power consumption loss.
Regular maintenance of the CM200BV only requires the replacement of the air filter and water filter elements, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
The oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws, the air pressure screw, and the rotating screw, for the compression process. These screws, typically made from high-strength alloy steel, have a precise helical shape. As the screws rotate, the working chamber between them gradually expands, drawing in external air through the intake. This air is then compressed and pushed towards the compressor's outlet. The heat generated during this process is managed by a cooling system. Meanwhile, a filtration system ensures the quality of compressed air by removing potential pollutants and particles.
