The oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws, the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws, made from high-strength alloy steel, have precise helical shapes. As the screws rotate, these helical shapes form a sealed working chamber between them. The rotation of the screws gradually increases the compression ratio, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. In this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet.
