Compression Principle of Our Oil-free Screw Air Compressor

In our oil-free screw air compressor, the compression process is carried out by a pair of main screws, the pressure screw and the rotating screw, which are typically made of high-strength alloy steel and have precise spiral shapes. During the intake process, the spiral shape of the screws forms a sealed working chamber. As the screws rotate, this chamber gradually expands, drawing external air into the chamber through the intake port. Once the air is inside, the chamber gradually reduces its size due to the rotation of the screws, slowly increasing the compression ratio and thus the pressure of the air. This compressed air is then pushed towards the machine's exit. The compression process generates heat, so a cooling system is necessary to maintain a manageable temperature. Moreover, the compressed air needs to pass through a filtration system to remove any potential contaminants and particles.
