Our oil-free screw air compressor is truly oil-free, with no lubricating oil in the host machine. It does not require any jacket cooling oil for the host machine. Instead, it uses pure water to cleanse acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, making it purer.
All pipelines of our oil-free screw air compressor are made of 304, 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials. The host machine uses the same speed direct connection technology with the motor, which ensures that the maximum speed of the host machine does not exceed 2980rpm/min. This makes the bearing and rotor have a longer service life.


Our oil-free screw air compressor uses direct water spray to cool the rotor and cavity, which makes the isothermal compression efficiency higher. It also uses double compression cavity technology, one rotor with two compression cavities, surpassing two-stage compression and eliminating the need for intermediate cooling to reduce power consumption loss.
The daily maintenance of our oil-free screw air compressor only requires the replacement of the air filter and water filter. This makes it very cost-effective in terms of maintenance.


The oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws, the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These two screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise spiral shape. During the intake process, the spiral shape of the pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air will generate heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to lower the temperature. At the same time, to ensure air quality, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned by a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.

We are the first company in China to use water for internal cooling and lubrication of the compressor.
