The CM55BV(F) is a genuine oil-free screw air compressor. The main unit is completely devoid of lubricating oil, and there's no need for a cooling oil jacket for the main unit. It uses pure water to cleanse the acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, making it purer and cleaner.
All pipelines in our oil-free screw air compressor are made of 304, 316 stainless steel materials or corrosion-resistant materials. With equal-speed direct connection technology between the motor and the main unit, the maximum speed of the host does not exceed 2980rpm/min, leading to longer bearing and rotor life.
Our oil-free screw air compressor directly sprays water to cool the rotor and cavity, resulting in higher isothermal compression efficiency. It adopts double compression cavity technology, with one rotor and two compression cavities, surpassing two-stage compression. There's no need for intermediate cooling, reducing power consumption loss.
The daily maintenance of our oil-free screw air compressor only involves changing the air filter element and water filter element, resulting in significantly lower maintenance costs.
Oil-free screw air compressors use a pair of main screws, the pressure screw and the rotary screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise spiral shape. During the suction process, the spiral shape of the pressure screw and the rotary screw forms a sealed working chamber. The rotation of the screws gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to lower the temperature. To ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air also needs to pass through a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
