Our Micro Oil Air Compressor uses a pair of main screws, namely the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have precise helical shapes. During the intake process, the helical shape of the pressure screw and rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screw causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinking gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. In this process, the air is compressed and pushed to the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. At the same time, to ensure air quality, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned through a filtration system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
