• Super Silent Design

  Our simple and portable oil-free scroll air compressor can be easily mounted on various equipment requiring compressed air. The unit does not require any lubricating oil, is stable and reliable, and only needs to add grease once a year. The only consumables are the air filter and the sealing ring.

Principles of Compressed Air in Oil-free Scroll Air Compressors

• Structure

  The oil-free scroll air compressor consists of two interlaced scroll screws, a fixed screw, and a rotating screw. The gap between the scroll screws forms a compression space.

• Inhalation Process

  As the rotating screw begins to rotate, air enters the compression space through the air intake of the compressor. During this process, the movement of the scroll screws sucks in the air and gradually pushes it towards the center.

• Compression Process

  With the movement of the rotating screw, the air is pushed into a progressively smaller compression space, resulting in the air being compressed. This is achieved by the relative movement of the scroll screws and the decrease in the gap between them.

• Emission Process

  Once the air is compressed to the desired pressure, it is discharged through the air outlet of the compressor. During this process, the movement of the scroll screws pushes the air towards the outlet of the compressor.

• Oil-free Principle

  The key feature of oil-free scroll air compressors is that they do not require lubricating oil to cool and lubricate the scroll screws. Instead, they use a special coating material, such as a polymer coating, to reduce friction between the scroll screws and ensure an efficient compression process.
