Usage Method of Linear Guideway:

When fixing the block and rail on the machine body and worktable, the chamfer of the block and rail should be machined as value r, which is shown in Tab.10 respectively, or the machine should be grooved to keep the chamfers of rails and block not contact the basic parts.

Mounting And Adjustment Of Linear Guideway:

Mounting methods and operating instructionMove the LMG gently enough not to damage its linear accuracy. There is no permission to separate blocks from rail or push them back when they exceed the travel distance limit. When it is challenging to assemble, the block should be taken down, and a guiding guide should be used, which you can order from our company (Guiding-guide is a kind of subsidiary tool, and its size is smaller than the guide's. When necessary, join the guide with the guide, then push the block from the rail to the guide. After fixing the rail, return the block to the rail from the guiding one again. Pay attention to ref. direction.)Mounting attentionFirst, distinguish the master and subsidiary linear guideway correctly; the arrow directs to the ref. The side of the block is polished. Lubrication of Linear Guideway:

Keep working conditions clear and tidy to avoid scrap iron and dirty foreign materials in the body of the linear guideway. A dust-workshop dust-proof device equipment should be assembled, including under the seal of LMG. (See fig-13)The primary purpose of lubrication is to eliminate friction and abrasion to avoid superheating, which will damage the inner structure and influence motion function. Before ex-factory, the linear guides are injected with low-noise grease to ensure the excellent lubrication of balls in motion, but to avoid the deficiency caused by the wastage of lubrication, we suggest supplementing periodically when the block's motion travels to 50km. When linear guideway is moving at a high velocity (V>=35m/min)N32 lubrication oil is recommended (refer to GGB443-84). It is equivalent to 20# machinery oil in old standard, when temperature is 40°C, oil's viscosity is 28.5~35.2cst. The linear guideway should be lubricated periodically or connected with an oil hose (shown in Fig-13).
