Installation

1. Connect the input shaft directly to the motor using a flexible coupling.
2. Connect the output shaft to the machine, preferably using a gear coupling.
3. Install the gearbox on a stable foundation, ensuring good ventilation and convenient oil filling/drainage.
4. The input shaft of the gearbox should be aligned with the motor shaft, with tolerances within acceptable limits.
5. After installation, manually check the smooth operation of the input shaft and ensure the nut rotates smoothly.
6. Perform a no-load test run before operation and promptly address any abnormalities.

Lubrication and Maintenance

1. Replace the gearbox after 300 hours of operation and subsequently every 2500 hours. Regularly check and change the oil as required.
2. Use oil of the same specification during oil changes and avoid mixing with oils of other brands.
3. Before replacing the oil, thoroughly flush and drain the gearbox, then refill with fresh oil.
4. If the temperature exceeds 80??C or any abnormal noise occurs during operation, immediately shut down the gearbox for inspection and resume operation only after resolving the issue.
5. Regular maintenance is necessary. Address any wear and tear promptly. Replaced parts must match the original specifications and undergo a no-load test run in advance.
