BW Series Worm Gearbox

The BW Series Worm Gearbox is a high-quality product designed to replace the Bonvario BW Series Worm Gearbox. It features a durable aluminum housing and is manufactured using high-quality materials to ensure maximum reliability and strength, resulting in an extended lifespan. The worm shaft is made of steel and hardened to 58-60 HRC with profile grinding using Zl contour for improved contact between gear surfaces, enhancing the performance of the gearbox and reducing operating noise. The worm wheel has a G20 cast iron hub with an AS 1 bronze wheel rim casting. The gearbox housing and flange of this series are made of aluminum alloy. It is equipped with universal mounting options for all sizes. The gearbox is filled with synthetic oil ISO VG 320, which requires minimal maintenance and does not require oil changes during its service life.
