Our oil-free screw air compressor is designed with no trace of lubricating oil in the host. It doesn't need host jacket cooling oil and adopts pure water to clean acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, making it more pure.
All pipelines of our oil-free screw air compressor are made of 304, 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials. With the adoption of motor and host isochronous direct connection technology, the maximum speed of the main machine does not exceed 2980rpm/min, which ensures a longer lifespan for the bearings and rotors.
We cool the rotors and chamber directly with water, which makes the isothermal compression efficiency higher. The use of double compression chamber technology, a rotor with two compression chambers, surpasses two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power consumption loss.
The daily maintenance of our oil-free screw air compressor only requires the replacement of air and water filters, which helps in reducing the maintenance cost.
The oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws, i.e., the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These two screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have precise spiral shapes.
During the intake process, the spiral shape of the pressure screw and rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air.
In this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, and hence a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. Also, to ensure the air quality, the compressed air needs to be cleaned through a filtration system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
