Our CM110G Medium Pressure Oil-Free Screw Air Compressor is genuinely oil-free. The main unit has no lubricating oil, and there is no need for host jacket cooling oil. It uses pure water to clean acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, making it more pure and clean.

Principle of Compressed Air in our Oil-Free Screw Air Compressor

Our Oil-Free Screw Air Compressor uses a pair of primary screws, the pressure screw, and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made from high-strength alloy steel and have a precise helical shape. The helical shape of the pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber in between them during the intake process. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screw causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the air's compression ratio, thereby increasing the air pressure. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is required to reduce the temperature. Compressed air also needs to be cleaned through a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
