The CM132DV is a truly oil-free screw air compressor. It doesn't have a single drop of lubricating oil in its mainframe. The CM132DV adopts direct water spray cooling for the rotor and chamber. Its isothermal compression efficiency is higher compared to regular compressors. Additionally, it uses double compression chamber technology, with one rotor and two compression chambers. This surpasses dual-stage compression and eliminates the need for intermediate cooling, reducing power consumption loss.

For routine maintenance, you only need to replace the air filter and water filter. This makes the CM132DV an oil-free screw air compressor with lower maintenance costs.

Oil-free screw air compressors like the CM132DV use a pair of main screws, namely the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise spiral shape. During the intake process, the spiral shape of the pressure screw and rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to shrink gradually. This shrinkage gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the air pressure. The compressed air is then pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compression process generates heat, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. Simultaneously, the compressed air needs to be cleaned through a filtration system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
