The adoption of isomeric speed direct connection technology between the motor and the host ensures that the maximum rotation speed of the host does not exceed 2980rpm/min, thereby extending the lifespan of the bearing and rotor.
Our oil-free screw air compressor employs direct water spray cooling of the rotor and cavity for higher isothermal compression efficiency. The double compression cavity technology, where one rotor has two compression cavities, surpasses two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power consumption loss.
The daily maintenance of our oil-free screw air compressor only requires the replacement of the air filter and water filter, resulting in lower maintenance costs.
The oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of primary screws, the pressure screw and rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are typically made of high-strength alloy steel and have precise helical shapes. The helical shape of the pressure screw and rotating screw creates a sealed working chamber between them during the intake process. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, requiring a cooling system to lower the temperature. To ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air also needs to pass through a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
