As the screws rotate, the working cavity gradually expands, causing external air to enter the working cavity through the suction port. Once the air enters the working cavity, the rotation of the screws will cause the working cavity to gradually shrink. This shrinking gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. In this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to lower the temperature. At the same time, to ensure air quality, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned through a filtering system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
