Our CM30B(F) oil-free screw air compressor is a truly oil-free model. The main unit does not contain any lubrication oil, eliminating the need for main jacket cooling oil. It uses pure water to cleanse acidic and alkaline substances in compressed air, making it cleaner and purer.
All our pipelines are made from 304 and 316 stainless steel materials or corrosion-resistant materials for durability. We employ a technology that directly connects the motor with the main unit at equal speed, ensuring the main unit's maximum rotation speed does not exceed 2980rpm/min. This makes the bearings and rotor have a longer lifespan.
Our oil-free screw air compressor is highly energy-efficient. It uses direct water spray to cool the rotor and cavity, making isothermal compression efficiency higher. With our dual compression chamber technology, one rotor has two compression chambers, surpassing two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power consumption loss.
