It uses pure water to cleanse acidic and alkaline substances from the compressed air, giving you the purest air possible.
All pipelines are made of corrosion-resistant materials, such as 304 and 316 stainless steel, to ensure longevity. The incorporation of motor to host isochronous direct connection technology ensures that the maximum speed of the main engine does not exceed 2980rpm/min, prolonging the life of the bearings and rotor.
Our oil-free screw air compressor directly sprays water to cool the rotor and cavity, improving isothermal compression efficiency. The double compression chamber technology, with one rotor and two compression chambers, surpasses two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power consumption losses.
Maintenance is a breeze with our compressor; all you need to do is replace the air and water filters. This makes it a cost-effective solution for your compressed air needs.
The compression process in our oil-free screw air compressor involves a pair of main screws, the pressure screw, and the rotating screw, usually made of high-strength alloy steel with a precise helical shape. As the screws rotate, they form a sealed working chamber between them. The rotation of the screws gradually increases the air compression ratio, pushing the compressed air towards the machine's outlet. Heat is generated during this process, necessitating a cooling system to reduce the temperature. The compressed air also needs to go through a filtration system to eliminate potential pollutants and particles.
