Our oil-free screw air compressor is truly oil-free. The main engine does not contain a single drop of lubricating oil. Instead of using jacket cooling oil, it uses pure water to clean acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, making it even purer.

All pipelines of our oil-free screw air compressor are made of 304, 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant material. The motor and the main engine are directly connected at the same speed. The maximum speed of the main engine does not exceed 2980 rpm/min, resulting in a longer service life for the bearing and rotor.
Our oil-free screw air compressor is more energy efficient. It uses direct water cooling on the rotor and cavity for higher isothermal compression efficiency. With dual compression cavity technology, one rotor has two compression cavities, surpassing two-stage compression, and eliminating the need for intermediate cooling to reduce power loss.
The daily maintenance of our oil-free screw air compressor only requires replacing air filters and water filters, which leads to lower maintenance costs.
Our oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of primary screws, the air pressure screw, and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise spiral shape. During the intake process, the spiral shape of the air pressure screw and the rotating screw form a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing external air to enter the chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This reduction gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to lower the temperature. At the same time, to ensure air quality, the compressed air needs to pass through a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
