Our oil-free screw air compressor is genuinely oil-free. The main unit does not contain any lubricating oil. It does not require a jacket for cooling the oil. Instead, it uses pure water to cleanse the acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, making it purer.
All pipes of our oil-free screw air compressor are made of 304, 316 stainless steel materials or corrosion-resistant materials. The motor and main unit use equal-speed direct connection technology. The maximum rotation speed of the main unit does not exceed 2980rpm/min, making the bearing and rotor have a longer service life.
Our oil-free screw air compressor directly sprays water to cool the rotor and chamber, making the isothermal compression efficiency higher. It uses dual compression chamber technology, one rotor with two compression chambers, surpassing two-stage compression, without intermediate cooling to reduce power consumption loss.
Our oil-free screw air compressor only requires the replacement of the air filter element and water filter element for daily maintenance, reducing the maintenance cost.
The oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws, the air pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have an accurate spiral shape. During the intake process, the spiral shape of the air pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually enlarges, causing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws will cause the working chamber to gradually decrease. This reduction gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed to the outlet of the machine. The compressed air will generate heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. At the same time, to ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned by a filtering system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
