Our oil-free screw air compressor is truly oil-free. The compressor does not contain any lubricating oil, eliminating the need for cooling oil for the main jacket. It uses pure water to clean the acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, making it even purer.

All pipelines are made of stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring the longevity of the compressor. With the use of equal-speed direct connection technology between the motor and the main unit, the maximum speed of the main unit does not exceed 2980rpm/min. This results in a longer lifespan for the bearings and rotors.
Our compressor utilizes direct water spray cooling for the rotor and cavity, resulting in higher isothermal compression efficiency. With the use of dual compression chamber technology, one rotor has two compression chambers, surpassing two-stage compression and eliminating the need for intermediate cooling, reducing power consumption loss.
Regular maintenance only involves the replacement of the air filter and water filter, significantly lowering maintenance costs.


The oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of primary screws, the gas pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are typically made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise spiral shape. During the intake process, the spiral shape of the gas pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing external air to enter the chamber through the intake. Once the air enters the chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually decrease, increasing the compression ratio and thus the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air produces heat during the compression process, necessitating a cooling system to lower the temperature. Additionally, to ensure air quality, the compressed air needs to be cleaned through a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
