Our CM55B(F) Oil-free Screw Air Compressor of Water Lubrication is a true oil-free air compressor. The host does not contain a single drop of lubricating oil, which means there is no need for host jacket cooling oil. It uses pure water to cleanse the acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, making it more pure and clean.
All pipelines of this air compressor are made of 304, 316 stainless steel materials or corrosion-resistant materials. It adopts the technology of equal speed direct connection between the motor and the host, making the maximum speed of the host not exceed 2980rpm/min. This results in longer life for the bearings and rotors.
By using direct water spray to cool the rotor and the chamber, our air compressor achieves higher isothermal compression efficiency. With the dual compression chamber technology, one rotor has two compression chambers, surpassing two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power loss.
The daily maintenance of our oil-free screw air compressor only requires the replacement of the air filter and water filter, greatly reducing the maintenance costs.
Our oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of main screws, the air pressure screw and rotating screw, to accomplish the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel with precise helical shapes. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake. As the working chamber gradually shrinks due to the screw rotation, the compression ratio of the air increases, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, hence a cooling system is required to reduce the temperature. To ensure air quality, the compressed air also needs to go through a filtration system for cleaning to remove potential contaminants and particles.
