Our compressor is a truly oil-free screw air compressor. It does not require any lubricating oil in the main unit, nor does it need cooling oil for the main unit jacket. Instead, it uses pure water to cleanse the acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, resulting in more purified air.
Our compressor is designed to be reliable and durable, with all pipelines made from either 304 or 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials. It utilizes motor and main unit isochronous direct connection technology, ensuring the main unit's maximum rotation speed doesn't exceed 2980rpm/min, which extends the service life of the bearing and rotor.
The compressor uses direct water spray cooling for the rotor and cavity, improving isothermal compression efficiency. The double compression chamber technology, with a single rotor and two compression chambers, surpasses two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power consumption losses.
The daily maintenance of our compressor only requires the replacement of the air filter and water filter, significantly reducing maintenance costs and efforts.
Our oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of primary screws, the air pressure screw and rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws, usually made of high-strength alloy steel, have a precise helical shape. When the screws rotate, they form a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing outside air to enter the working chamber through the intake. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually contract. This contraction gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the air's pressure. The compressed air is then pushed towards the machine's outlet.
