
Our CM75D Low Pressure Oil-free Screw Air Compressor is genuinely oil-free. Its main engine doesn't use any lubricating oil and doesn't require any jacket cooling oil. It uses pure water to cleanse any acidic or alkaline substances from the compressed air, ensuring its purity.
All pipelines in our compressor are made from 304, 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant material. The compressor uses motor-to-main-engine equal-speed direct-connecting technology. This ensures that the main engine's maximum rotation speed doesn't exceed 2980rpm/min, giving the bearing and rotor a longer lifespan.

By using direct water spray to cool the rotor and chamber, isothermal compression efficiency is increased. The compressor uses double compression chamber technology, which features one rotor and two compression chambers. This surpasses two-stage compression, eliminating the need for mid-cooling and reducing power consumption.

Daily maintenance of our compressor only requires the replacement of the air filter and water filter, reducing the overall maintenance costs.

Our Oil-free screw air compressor employs a pair of primary screws - the pressure screw and the rotating screw - to complete the compression process. These screws, typically made of high-strength alloy steel, have precise helical shapes. During the intake process, the helical shapes of the pressure and rotating screws form a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the chamber via the intake port. Once the air enters the chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the chamber to gradually shrink, increasing the air's compression ratio and pressure. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, necessitating a cooling system to reduce the temperature. To ensure air quality, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned through a filtering system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
