Our CM90B oil-free screw air compressor is truly oil-free. The main unit does not contain a single drop of lubricating oil and does not require cooling oil for the main unit jacket. It uses pure water to clean acidic and alkaline substances in the compressed air, making it more pure and clean.
All pipelines in our compressor are made of 304, 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials. The use of motor and main unit equal speed direct connection technology ensures that the maximum speed of the main unit does not exceed 2980rpm/min. This results in a longer service life for the bearing and rotor.
Our compressor uses direct water spray cooling for the rotor and cavity, resulting in higher isothermal compression efficiency. The use of double compression chamber technology, with one rotor and two compression chambers, surpasses two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power consumption loss.

Daily maintenance of our compressor only requires the replacement of the air filter and water filter, reducing the cost and time associated with maintenance.


Our oil-free screw air compressor utilizes a pair of primary screws, the air pressure screw and rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise spiral shape. During the suction process, the spiral shape of the air pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing external air to enter the working chamber through the suction port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. In order to ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air also needs to pass through a filtration system to clean it, removing potential pollutants and particles.
