Micro oil air compressor uses a pair of main screws, the pressure screw, and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. The two screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have precise helical shapes. During the intake process, the helical shape of the pressure screw and the rotating screw creates a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinking gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to lower the temperature.
