Principle of Compressed Air in Micro Oil Screw Air Compressor

Micro oil air compressors use a pair of main screws, the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to perform the compression process. These screws, usually made of high-strength alloy steel, have an exact helical shape. During the intake process, the helical shape of the pressure screw and rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber via the intake. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws gradually reduces the working chamber, increasing the air's compression ratio and pressure. The compressed air is then pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air generates heat, necessitating a cooling system to reduce its temperature.
