Principle of Compressed Air of Micro oil screw air compressor
The Micro oil air compressor uses a pair of main screws, the pressure screw, and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws, usually made from high-strength alloy steel, have a precise helical shape. During the intake process, the helical shape of the pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing the external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws gradually reduces the working chamber. This reduction gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. At the same time, to ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned through a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
