Our Micro Oil Air Compressor features a patented shaftless design. This design eliminates the need for any common shaft seal, extending the lifespan of the compressor indefinitely.
Our Micro Oil Air Compressor uses a pair of primary screws, a pressure screw, and a rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are typically made of high-strength alloy steel and have precise helical shapes. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. As the working chamber gradually decreases, the compression ratio of the air increases, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. Additionally, the compressed air needs to be cleaned through a filter system to remove potential contaminants and particles.

1. Textile industry: Many sites in the textile industry use oil-free, micro-oil low-pressure compressed air.2. Glass bottle manufacturing: Low-pressure screw compressed air is used to blow and shape glass bottles, saving energy and creating perfect shapes.3. Chemical industry: Certain processes in the chemical industry, such as pressure filtration and transportation, require compressed air.4. Cement transport: Compressed air can complete the transport process without causing cement to fly.Address
