Single Host Oil-free Scroll Air Compressor

This type of compressor has specific features:

1. It uses a high-rigidity host, efficient permanent magnet motor drive, high-quality stainless steel air storage tank, independent cooling fan, efficient air intake filter with a filtration precision of 1 micron, and stainless steel pipelines and interfaces.
2. The precision host and high-precision, high-rigidity square host design ensure it can easily work under high pressure up to 1.2Mpa.
3. The permanent magnet drive starts smoothly, with no start-up impact, and has variable frequency speed regulation functions. It is durable, energy-saving, and extends the lifespan of the machine.
4. The compressed air at low temperature is close to ambient temperature after being cooled by the independent cooling fan, ensuring a very low water content.

Compression Principle of Oil-free Scroll Air Compressor

The compression principle of oil-free scroll air compressor is as follows:

1. Structure: The oil-free scroll air compressor is composed of two interlocking scroll screws, one fixed screw and one rotating screw. The gap between the scroll screws forms a compression space.
2. Suction process: When the rotating screw begins to rotate, air enters the compression space through the intake port of the compressor. During this process, the movement of the scroll screws draws in the air and gradually pushes it towards the center.
3. Compression process: As the rotating screw moves, the air is pushed into an increasingly smaller compression space, causing the air to be compressed. This is achieved by the relative movement of the scroll screws and the reduction of the gap.
4. Exhaust process: Once the air is compressed to the required pressure, it is discharged through the exhaust port of the compressor. During this process, the movement of the scroll screws pushes the air towards the outlet of the compressor.

5. Oil-free principle: The key feature of oil-free scroll air compressors is that they do not need lubricating oil to cool and lubricate the scroll screws. Instead, they use a special coating material, such as a polymer coating, to reduce the friction between the scroll screws and ensure an efficient compression process.
