Principle of Compressed Air by Our Oil-free Scroll Air Compressor

The principle of compressed air by our oil-free scroll air compressor is as follows:

1. Structure: The oil-free scroll air compressor consists of two interlaced scroll screws, a fixed screw and a rotating screw. The gap between the scroll screws forms a compression space.
2. Inhalation process: When the rotating screw starts to rotate, air enters the compression space through the air inlet of the compressor. During this process, the movement of the scroll screws causes the air to be inhaled and gradually pushed towards the center.
3. Compression process: As the rotating screw moves, the air is pushed into the increasingly smaller compression space, causing the air to be compressed. This is realized by the relative movement of the scroll screws and the reduction of the gap.
4. Exhaust process: Once the air is compressed to the required pressure, it is discharged through the air outlet of the compressor. In this process, the movement of the scroll screws pushes the air towards the outlet of the compressor.
5. Oil-free principle: The key feature of oil-free scroll air compressors is that they do not require lubricating oil to cool and lubricate the scroll screws. Instead, they use a special coating material, such as a polymer coating, to reduce the friction between the scroll screws and ensure an efficient compression process.
