The EPK series helical gearbox is a right-angle gearbox of helical bevel gears, and the 90-degree vertical output form greatly saves much installation space. The combination design of multi-stage hardened gears has higher efficiency, larger torque, and longer service life than single-stage worm gearboxes.Its housing is made of cast iron, the gear is made of high-quality carburized steel, and the gear surface is high-frequency heat treated. We use integral needle roller bearings for the accessories, which greatly improve rigidity and torque. And high-viscosity grease is used to prevent grease leakage effectively. The gearbox can be equipped with various types of motors to form mechatronics. EPK series helical bevel gearboxes are widely used in petrochemical equipment, pharmaceutical equipment, printing and packaging equipment, ceramic equipment, mining construction equipment, stage equipment, and so on.

EPK series 3 stage helical gearbox has high-efficiency and long-life gears. There are foot mounting, flange mounting, and shaft mounting types.1. Highly modular design: It can be easily equipped with various types of motors or other power inputs. The same model can be equipped with motors of multiple powers. It is easy to realize the combined connection between various models.2. Transmission ratio: fine division and wide range. Combined models can form a large transmission ratio, that is, output extremely low speed.3. Installation form: the installation location is not restricted.4. High strength and small size: the box body is made of high-strength cast iron. The gears and gear shafts adopt the gas carburizing quenching and fine grinding process, so the load capacity per unit volume is high.5. Long service life: Under the conditions of correct model selection (including the selection of appropriate use coefficient) and normal use and maintenance, the life of the main parts of the reducer (except for wearing parts) is generally not less than 20,000 hours. The wearing parts include lubricating oil, oil seals, and bearings.6. Low noise: The main parts of the reducer have been precision processed, assembled, and tested, so the reducer has low noise.7.
