Ringlock Diagonal Brace for Building Construction

The ringlock diagonals brace used in reinforcement and stabilizing roles. Insert the plugs on both ends of the diagonal brace into the corresponding taper holes located within the rosettes on the horizontal bar, then hammer them in tightly. The diagonal bar can be easily connected to a ringlock standard, thus creating an entire ringlock system with a vertical and horizontal bar. The diagonal plays a reinforcement role and can also be used as a guardrail. Like the other components, the ringlock diagonal is hot dip galvanized.

Products Features

1. The Ringlock Scaffolding diagonal braces are a component of the central bay braces connection of the Ringlock scaffolding system.
2. Two bay brace plugs with pins are riveted at both tube ends and inserted into the Vertical standard round rosette to build up the basics of the system Ringlock scaffolding. The brace ends are produced by cast steel using the wax mold.
3. Diagonal Braces are based on the horizontal rung, and the rine on common Ringlock Standards are 2M(6’7″) and 1.5M, which customers’ scaffolding projects can also customize.
4. Besides that, the size of the diagonal braces should match the length of the components of the Ringlock standard and horizontal ledger to support the Ringlock scaffolding systems correctly.
5. Unlike the Ringlock verticals and ledger horizontal rungs, the function of diagonal braces is single and precise. Moreover, the role of the diagonal braces is to use the support frame to stabilize the Ringlock scaffolding to avoid the occurrence of pin pull-out and to ensure the safety of construction better.
